My first post

I have been recording my thoughts and feelings since my beautiful wife, Jess, died on Nov. 5, 2016. It was a horrible day for me. I am not sure I will ever get over the feelings and emotions of the day. I hope that recording my thoughts on this blog will help. I miss you Jess.
